I began working in the concrete industry at the age of 15 and have never stopped pursuing the craft. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several companies where I gained valuable experience, built lasting relationships, and learned the true meaning of hard work and dedication.

As my skills developed, decorative concrete quickly became my passion. There is nothing more rewarding than transforming ordinary concrete into something unique and visually striking. The creativity and precision involved in decorative work are what continue to drive my commitment to excellence in this trade.

Outside of work, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, spending time with my wife and kids, and supporting my son on the football field. Family has always been my greatest motivation and the reason behind everything I continue to build.

JOEY DOUGLAS

CO-OWNER/FOUNDER

I got my start in the concrete industry at just 13 years old, working summers and learning the trade from the ground up. By 16, I stepped into a full-time laborer position and have been dedicated to the craft ever since.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for decorative concrete and the creativity it allows. Taking a standard slab and turning it into something custom and eye-catching is what keeps me motivated. Whether it’s detailed decorative work or pouring what we call “grey gold,” I take pride in every project and the quality behind it.

When I’m not working, I enjoy riding my motorcycle and spending time with my wife and our four kids. Family is everything to me, and it’s what drives me to continue growing and improving every day.
